How to use RIO Comfort Weave Sanitary Pads
We make sure first-time pad users have just as good an experience with our regular sanitary pads as veteran menstruators. This is why, our comfort weave sanitary pads come with easy-to-use instructions on the pack. This is how you can use any sanitary pads with wings:
Take out a pad from the packet.
Remove the long glue strip at the back and place the pad right where your vagina would be when you wear your underwear. Press firmly so the adhesive at the back sticks.
Next, remove the sticker strips from the wings and position them around the outside of your underwear. Press firmly.
Discard the strips you removed from the pad into a waste bin. And it’s done!

Sanitary pads with wings have a layer of strong adhesive. This glue grip on the wings of the pads are stuck onto the underside of your underwear. Pads with wings help ensure things stay in their place and nothing bunches up uncomfortably against your buttocks when you are out and about.
Doesn't matter if you have a regular, medium or heavy flow, regular period pads should be changed every four hours, tops. The blood inside pads make for an ideal setting for bacteria and infections to develop. To prevent the risk of leaks and odour, sanitary pads regular in absorbency should ideally be worn for not more than two hours.
Regular sanitary pads are pads that are built to offer medium absorbency. If you experience a period wherein you lose between 30- 60 ml of blood, or 2-4 tablespoons of blood, you are good to use regular sanitary napkins.
